Long spikes of violet-blue flowers with dark purple calyces, in mid to late summer. Good aromatic bushy green foliage, often with bronze tinting. Fairly short growing.

This variety is sterile and should not set seed.

Attractive to insects.
The aromatic leaves can be used to flavour cold drinks.
