description:
Medium to large sized deciduous shrub with long trusses of pure white flowers with yellow eyes. Scented. Vigorous grower and very tolerant of most conditions.

cultivation:
Very tolerant of poor conditions. Best in well drained soil and full sun.

Prune hard to control size, shape and encourage fresh flowering growth. Best done in early spring, but additional partial pruning can be done after flowering in autumn to prevent winter wind damage.

From semi-ripe cuttings in summer or hardwood cuttings in winter.
