description:
Delicate pale apricot-yellow flowers surrounded by frilly rosettes of bright green leaves, in late winter. Very rare.

cultivation:
Prefers reasonably fertile, humus-rich soil that not dry out in summer. Thrives in alkaline soils. Dappled shade or full sun. Moist woodland conditions are ideal. Tubers should be planted about 5cm deep, in autumn.

Separate tubers in spring, after flowering.
