Large ruffled flowers of unusual colouring, predominantly olive greenish yellow with bronze flecks and pale violet on the falls. Yellow-orange beards. Early summer flowering.
Well drained, preferably neutral to slightly acid soil in full sun. Rhizomes should be partially exposed and flowering is best in areas with long warm summers. Divide clumps when congested.
