description:
Spreading, low growing habit with toothed green leaves. Pure white flowerheads, up to 7cm across, with ray florets slightly purple flushed at the extreme base, dull pink on the reverse and with purplish blue central discs.

cultivation:
Half-hardy. Well drained soil in full sun.

other notes:
May sometimes be found in gardens as O. caulescens or O. ecklonis var. prostratum, but thought to be a hybrid between O. caulescens and O. fruticosum.
