Image ordering and delivery information
How to buy?
Simply email us with the image
name(s) that you require. We will respond as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours but there may be times when we are out of contact for a while.
Let us know if you need high-resolution images
for better quality printing. Most, though not all, are available
in both low and high resolutions.
Payment may be made by credit or debit card via
PayPal (using their secure email payment system). The PayPal system allows payments to made in many currencies, so international transactions are no problem. Alternatively
for UK customers we welcome payments by direct bank transfer or cheque. We issue a combined invoice/license
agreement as proof of purchase, normally by email, as a printable
PDF attachment.
We are generally happy to supply images on approval
before payment.
Note that a volume discount may apply for multiple images, even if purchased at different times - we always charge the lowest
price.
In all cases, email addresses and other contact
details are treated with respect and as strictly private. (see our privacy
statement)
Delivery of images
The low/medium resolution images on the site
can be saved directly from the browser, using the right-mouse-button
menu.
Other images, including high-resolution versions
will either be emailed or placed on the server for downloading.
For large numbers we will also post
images on CD, if required.
Free picture use?
For non-business, personal use, private individuals
are welcome to save images from this site without payment. On
request, we will also do our best to email additional images from
the list, at no cost.
It is also OK to use images for comping and layout
purposes, prior to payment.
