How to Order
To order and pay on-line please click one of the PayPal buttons below.
The PayPal secure server allows payment using most credit and
debit cards. You do not need a PayPal account. Please
ensure that you give the correct email address, so that
we can send you the registration code.
Alternatively just send us an email.
This may be preferable if you have any questions or would like to claim a discount (see below * ). Payment via PayPal can still be arranged or you may also pay by cheque or bank transfer (e.g. telephone
or on-line banking).
All purchases and emails are handled in person, not by an automated
system. We try to reply within 24 hours and usually much quicker,
but there may be occasional delays if we're out of the office!
Prices are given as UK pounds
sterling. For international purchases they will be converted to other
currencies at the prevailing rate. The PayPal system will normally offer the choice to pay in your local currency. See - guide to prices in other currencies and general purpose currency converter calculator.

Considerable discounts are available for 2 or more CD's or registration
codes. Buy with friends and save money.
We are also happy to offer special low prices to certain customers,
for example members of some horticultural clubs or students. Not-for-profit environmental
or educational organisations
may even qualify for free copies.
If you think it may be applicable, email us for discount information before purchasing. We will then raise the relevant PayPal payment request, as needed.
Try it first
If you have full-speed broadband, you can download
the full product or a reduced size evaluation edition and try
it for 15 days. It is also perfectly OK to install from a loaned
or copied CD. We are happy to post trial CD's for £5 to
cover handling and postage.
Purchasing and entering
the registration code will remove the time limit.
Buying as a gift?
No problem! Simply provide us with the name of the person that
the registration is for. We will generate the license code for
that name and either send it to you, for forwarding on, or alternatively
the recipient can contact us to obtain the code directly, by quoting
the email address that was used to make the purchase.
About the registration code
Registration codes will remain valid for future releases. It
will not be necessary to pay again for later versions.
Registration covers a household or organisation, multiple installs
are allowed (see license).
Certain organisations, primarily educational or environmental,
may receive free registrations. Please email us for details.
The code is uniquely keyed on the name of the user. Please indicate
any name preference, up to 20 normal characters, otherwise we
will use the purchaser.
If you have already purchased a retail copy of the CD, then just
go the Registration Form
to get your code.
Purchasing licences to reproduce images from our picture library
The photographs used within Plant Base are available for commercial reproduction.
We are happy to supply them separately on request.
In some cases our images may be used for free (see
our copyright statement), but for most commercial purposes,
a modest license fee is
payable.
Images may be saved from Deeproot Plant Base, the web-site gallery
or supplied by us on request (see
list).
The Gallery pages include PayPal buttons for individual purchases,
alternatively please email us with
your requirements.
