• British Trees - really good informative site about British native trees.
• Carsten Burkhardt's Web Project Paeonia - perhaps not the easiest site to navigate, but a great resource for serious peony lovers.
• Coblands Nursery - trade only, mainly suppling landscapers and similar horticultural businesses. Always a good range available.
• Crocus.co.uk - online plant supply. They have a good reputation, reasonable delivery charges and an excellent informative web-site.
• DingleyDell Nurseries - good wholesale only nursery in Surrey, huge range of shrubs and climbers.
• Fernwood Nursery - National Collection holders of Sempervivums and Phormiums. A wealth of information about these plants. Valued contributors to Plant Base.
• Grovelands - a quality garden centre in Berkshire with a good selection of plants and also an extensive online garden supplies web-site.
• Hare Hatch Nursery - Berkshire growers, nice people and a wide range of plants many of which are pictured in Plant Base.
• Hebe Society - lots of fascinating information about Hebes and other plants native to New Zealand.
• The Heather Society - very informative site for anyone interested in growing Heathers
• Judy’s Snowdrops - great site for the Galanthus enthusiast, excellent information on a very wide range of cultivars and sale of snowdrops 'in the green'. Contributer to Plant Base.
• Lavendelfoto - a plant photography agency with an extensive on-line database of pictures, searchable and very well indexed by both common and botanical name. Valuable source of commercial plant photography and also a useful reference. Common plant names are given in English, French and German, as is the whole site.
• Mark's Crocosmias - the web site of Crocosmia expert and collector Mark Fox. Great pictures and lots of information. Contributer to Plant Base.
• Muscaripages - web site by Martin Philippo all about the Muscari genus, obviously the product of tremendous knowledge.
• NCCPG - the website of the National Council for the Conservation of Plants and Gardens.
• Plants For A Future - online plant database with an emphasis on plant uses, a great project.
• Prior Park Garden Centre - Bath's favourite garden centre. Contributer to Plant Base.

• Ucon Plant Database - University of Connecticut Internet Plant Database, good online plant information
• W Godfrey & Sons - great nursery in Surrey, wholesale only, growers of perennials, ferns, grasses, and alpines.
• Wild Plants of the British Isles - an inspirational and entertaining site for those interested in wild flowers, masses of plant information and beautiful photographs, indexed by Latin, English and Welsh names. Also has links to many other important web sites.

• Anna Gresham School of Landscape Design - highly regarded distance-learning diploma course. Based in New Zealand with students worldwide.
• evergreen4ever.com - directory web site for garden related topics and services. Includes UK regional listings.
• Friends of the Harris Garden - organisation that helps manage the gardens within the grounds of Reading University, very close to our office.
• Gardening by Design - very informative web-site of a recommended garden design practice based in Kent. A user of Plant Base.
• The Greenhouse Catalog - based in Oregon, providing gardeners in the USA with great range of kits and supplies. Their site is also valuable information resource about all aspects of growing under glass
• Guerrilla Gardening - support this movement and make your area a better place to live!
• Oxford College of Garden Design - renowned provider of professional level training in garden design. Based in Oxfordshire, UK.
• The Personal Plant Shopper - high quality advice and planting service located in Buckinghamshire. Part of Greenstone Landscapes Ltd, a Plant Base user.
• WebGardenGuide.com - garden adviser and directory site. Information on gardening, growing plants, herbs, flowers and vegetables.

• AVG - anti-virus, anti-spyware, spam filter and firewall software. Our current favourite - and we have tried them all! They also still provide excellent free anti-virus for personal users.

• Freeze Frame Photography - professional photographers based in Berkshire, UK, and one of our service customers.
• Jessops - photography shops that actually have staff who know what they are talking about! Also a good web-site offering competitive and reliable online shopping.
• Keyactive Ltd. - our associate company, providers of programming resources, PC and mid-range computer support, IT and business consultancy.
• PayPal UK - well known service that we use to accept online payments, owned by eBay. They offer facilities for both personal and business use. www.securelogo.co.uk - excellent logo image hosting service on a secure server, for use with Paypal etc.
• Shalom Help Maker - really useful Windows Helpfile authoring program from Denmark. It works very well and its free! It was used to create the original Plant Base Help.
• SpamPal - excellent email spam filter that works with a very wide range of email programs. Simple and free, a credit to it author James Farmer.
• Spamihilator - another very effective freeware spam filter with a slightly different approach, a great product from Michel Krämer in Germany.
