Medium to large sized, open branching shrub or small tree with narrow grey-green leaves. Freely produced, small rounded lemon-yellow flowers in spring. Sometimes suckers and forms thickets.
Best in mild climate areas but fairly frost hardy. Moist, well drained soil in sun, drought tolerant once established.
If required, prune after flowering.
Native to New South Wales, Australia. Collected and named after L.J. Boorman.
