Deeply divided rich green leaves and strong, erect stems. Short spikes of deep blue hooded flowers in early and mid autumn. A good variety from Germany.
Best in cool, moist and fertile soil but generally fairly tolerant. Full sun or part shade.
By division in autumn or late winter, can be slow to re-establish.
