Overwintering onion (short day variety), giving early crops of light brown skinned bulbs. Good mild flavour. Very resistant to bolting. Stores well.

Well drained, fertile soil in full sun.
"Sets" should be planted out in autumn. Bulbs are ready to crop when the foliage begins to wither, normally from May. Allow to dry before storage.
