description:
Variegated form with large rosettes of spiny succulent leaves striped green and yellow. Slowly develops a branching trunk. Produces spikes of red or orange flowers in late winter and spring.

cultivation:
Likes a well drained, gritty soil in full sun. It is not fully hardy, but in cold areas can be grown in a large pot and given winter protection. Drought tolerant.
