Small semi-double, pale creamy-pink flowers with a slight orangey tint. Pale yellow central anthers. Flowers in late spring or early summer.

Best flower colour in a sunny position. All clematis prefer alkaline soil but will normally tolerate other soil types. Requires regular supply of moisture. When planting, make the hole deeper than usual, as a precaution against Clematis wilt.

Prune after flowering (group 1).
