Woody-based perennial of lax, mounding or sprawling habit. Alternate, linear to narrowly lanceolate, hairy grey-green leaves. Attractive pale rose-pink flowers on long stalks in summer.
Unlike some of its relatives, it is not invasive.
Well drained, preferably gritty or rocky soil in full sun. Drought tolerant.
