description:
Large open, clear orange flowers with paler orange centres, produced on branching stems from late summer to early autumn.

cultivation:
Moist, well drained, fertile soil in sun or part shade.
Plant corms about 10cm deep.
Cut back foliage as it discolours. Divide every five to six years. Mulch in autumn.

propagation:
By division of corms from established clumps, in early spring.
