Biennial or short-lived perennial, usually grown as an annual. Compact bushy habit. Large, fringed flowers of crimson red with blush pink shading dark crimson centres. Excellent free flowering variety.
Well drained, fertile, preferably neutral to acid soil in full sun. Tolerant of hot conditions.
From seed in early spring at 13 to 15°C.
Border edges, bedding and containers. Cut flowers.
