Biennial but will normally flower in the first year from seed. Sturdy spikes of large bell-shaped rose-pink flowers with dark purple-red spots inside.
Easy and not fussy to grow, but prefers a well drained, humus rich soil and some shade.

Borders, woodland gardens. Good for more exposed sites than the species foxglove.
