description:
Strong growing cultivar with mid-green foliage and from January to March, lilac-pink flowers opening from white buds, giving a bi-coloured effect.

cultivation:
Well drained, preferably acid, soil in an open sunny situation. Quite lime tolerant and will grow in light shade.

other notes:
Found as a seedling by D. Cox in 1975 in his own garden at Syston, Leicestershire, England and introduced by Goscote Nurseries, Crossington, Leicestershire in 1983. Named after a foreman in Goscote Nurseries.
