Excellent cultivar of compact habit with mid-green foliage and abundant white flowers from December to May.

Well drained, preferably acid, soil in an open sunny situation. Quite lime tolerant and will grow in light shade.

Hybrid of Erica carnea x Erica erigena. Found as a garden seedling and mistakenly introduced as Erica carnea 'White Glow' by Jack Drake, Aviemore, Inverness-shire, Scotland about 1966.
