Semi-evergreen, spreads quite rapidly. Leaves sometimes take on good Autumn colours. Soft pink flowers May/July.
Moderately fertile, well drained soil in sun or part shade. Tolerant and needs little attention. Cut back after flowering to encourage new growth and sometimes repeat flowering. Divide every few years, in autumn or spring. Mulch in autumn and spring.
Goof ground cover in sun or shade.
