description:
Clump forming perennial of loosely erect habit. Attractive palmate-lobed, brownish bronze, coffee-coloured leaves with green midribs. Large pinkish-lilac flowers, paler at the centres, in late spring and early summer.
Similar to Geranium maculatum 'Espresso', with larger flowers but less strongly coloured foliage.

cultivation:
Moderately fertile, well drained soil in sun or part shade.
Cut back after flowering to encourage new growth and sometimes repeat flowering.

By division.
