Dwarf Hortensia variety with mophead flowers, usually pink, mauve or pale violet.

cultivation:
Moist, well drained, reasonably fertile, humus-rich soil. Sun or part shade, preferably with shelter from cold, drying winds. May become chlorotic on very shallow chalky soil. Performs well in seaside locations.
The flower colour is influenced by the soil pH, producing bluer flowers on acid soils and pinker on alkaline ones.
Deadhead to prolong flowering and in spring prune stems to a strong bud.
