Bright golden yellow flowers with conspicuous orange beards, in late spring. Compact habit with erect blueish-green leaves.
Well drained, preferably neutral to slightly acid soil in full sun. Rhizomes should be partially exposed and flowering is best in areas with long warm summers. Divide clumps when congested.
