Tender perennial. Compact, relatively short growing variety producing spikes of rich salmon pink flowers in late summer and early autumn. Bronze-green foliage.

Fertile, moist to damp soil in full sun or part shade. Can be treated as a half-hardy annual, or over-wintered if kept frost free.

From seed, normally flowers in the first year. Sow onto the surface of moist compost, as light is needed for germination.
