description:
Glaucous mid-green leaves and pale yellow flowers with narrow perianth segments and waisted trumpets.

cultivation:
Best in moderately fertile, well drained neutral to acid soil. Needs some moisture while in growth early in the year but dormant bulbs will survive drought and hot summers. Needs full sun.
Plant bulbs at one and half times their own size or a little deeper. Allow foliage to die back naturally after flowering.

propagation:
