Branching stems of wrinkled, hairy, aromatic silvery grey-green leaves. Spikes of pale lavender-blue flowers with purple spots in summer and early autumn.

Any well drained soil in full sun or light shade. Thrives on alkaline soils. Drought resistant once established.
Trim after flowering to keep compact, may produce a second flush of flowers.
