Small mounding, mat forming evergreen with narrow, hairy, green leaves. Large, narrow-petalled, pink flowers, darker pink at the centres and with small yellow eyes, in late spring and early summer.
Light, well drained soil in full sun.
Softwood cuttings in spring or separation of rooted trailing stems.
Suited for rock gardens, alpine beds or between paving.
