Excellent dessert pear variety, producing an abundant crop of elongated fruits with green and russet-brown skins and cream coloured, juicy, sweet flavoured flesh. Stores well. Attractive white flowers in spring. Compact growing habit.

Moist well drained soil in sun. Performs best in slightly warmer conditions then apples. Also crops a bit earlier, in late summer or early autumn.
Pollination group E, partly self-fertile.
