description:
Late ripening dessert pear producing oval yellow-green and russet skinned fruits, juicy with a very sweet flavour. White flowers in spring. Reliable cropping.

cultivation:
Moist well drained soil in sun. Performs best in slightly warmer conditions then apples. Also crops a bit earlier, in late summer or early autumn. Reputed to be very hardy and suitable for growing in the northern of the UK.
