Spring flowering bulb, broad blue-green leaves heavily motttled purple. Short growing with a relatively large yellow and red flower on a sturdy stem.
Well drained, preferably neutral to alkaline soil in sun.
Plant bulbs in late summer and autumn at a depth of 10 to 15cm. For best performance, lift bulbs annually after foliage dies back, store and replant.
